Adecco Professional, through its specialization line in Engineering & Industrial, is recruiting for its client a Civil Engineering Team Leader (M/F) to Lisbon.

Key responsibilities:

• Attend kick-off, monitoring and finalization meetings;
• Coordinate the work of the operational team;
• Collaborate in the development/revision of the Work Instructions;
• Check the state of maintenance of the Equipment Inspection, Measurement and Test before use;
• Ensure Measurement and Testing before, during and after the completion of the Work;
• Support to Civil Engineering team, executing calculation, material and work specifications and accompanying works coordination with the Head of Department;
• Execution of works in 3D model PDMS or other similar software as well as guidance of other professionals in the use of the same;
• Execution of equipment calculations, material and equipment specifications, reporting in this case to Drafting Team Leader;
• Technical assistance to site works;
• Participation and support of sales and management in Bid/contract negotiations;
• Support to Civil Engineering and Drafting monthly reports;
• Advising and support Management in contact with clients.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma, with preferably 10 to 15 years industry experience of projects;
• Project, field Engineering and construction experience;
• At least good English knowledge “Understanding/Speaking/Writing”;
• Good level skills with Microsoft Office software;
• Intermediate level skills in AutoCAD and PDMS;
• Knowledge of Thermal Power Generation main components;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Demonstrate proven skills in the area of civil design and engineering.
